How to Make

    
Beat eggs, then enter the onions, leeks, salt and pepper and shake until well blended.
    
Put bread into beaten egg.
    
Heat the margarine in a skillet, then enter the bread that has been mixed with the egg into the pan with a small flame.
    
once browned remove and spread with sauce to taste

ROTI LUMUR TELUR

Bahan
1. Roti Tawar (potong jadi 4)
2. Telur
3. Daun Bawang
4. Bawang Bombay
5. Garam
6. Merica
7. Saos
8. Margarin

Cara Membuat
  1. Kocok telur, lalu masukan bawang bombay, daun bawang, garam dan merica lalu kocok hingga tercampur.
  2. Masukan roti tawar ke dalam kocokan telur tersebut.
  3. Panaskan Margarin pada wajan, lalu masukan roti yang telah tercampur dengan telur tersebut ke dalam wajan dengan api yang kecil.

MEMBUAT pizza tidak selamanya harus berukuran besar, pizza kecil juga tetap menarik. Tak percaya? Coba sajikan untuk keluarga tercinta.

Bahan Roti:
500 gr tepung terigu protein tinggi
125 gr gula pasir
3 butir kuning telur
1 butir putih telur
125 ml air(75 air es + 50 air hangat)
20 gr ragi instan
35 gr mentega
7 gr garam
Susu

Bahan Topping:

5 buah sosis, potong-potong
3-5 sdm saus sambal
3-5 sdm saus tomat
Keju quick melt secukupnya
Oregano secukupnya

Cara Membuat:

1. Terigu, gula pasir, kuning telur, putih telur, air es, air hangat, ragi, susu, dan garam dicampur menjadi satu sampai adonan kalis. Diamkan sekitar 30 menit. Kempiskan adonan, potong, dan timbang masing-masing 15 gram. Bentuk bulat dan diamkan selama 15 menit.
2. Ambil sedikit adonan, bentuk bulat, dan pipihkan. Oles bagian atasnya dengan saus sambal dan saus tomat sampai rata. Taburkan oregano, potongan sosis, dan keju quickmelt.
3. Panggang roti pizza dalam oven pada suhu 180 derajat Celsius selama 10-15 menit dan berwarna kecokelatan. Angkat dan sajikan.
